Here are a few pictures of the process which begins months earlier when we meet with the bride and groom to plan for the perfect cake to complement the wedding theme and their menu. On the top, left the cake layers are split, covered with butter cream icing and filled with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Top, right the assembled layer is finished with a basket weave of icing. Below, the completed tiers are stacked and whole, fresh fruits are arranged on the corners and around the columns. Greenery and Baby's Breath are added for a touch of contrast on this tasteful red, white and blue cake.
